A basement remodeling project can be a terrific way to take an existing unused space and convert it into an extra bedroom, a children's play area, a home theater and more. Begin planning your basement renovation at least a few months ahead, discuss all possibilities with your family, and shop around for bargain prices on fittings and accessories, so you can get the most value for your basement remodel cost.

We have an existing garage that was an office. Had some mold damage and need new drywall for the intire 20 x 20 space. Some of the wood framing will also need to be replaced. Looking for a licensed and insured contractor to complete with new flooring as well. Recap: Gut 20 x 20 space, replace a small amout of the damaged framing, drywall, paint and install flooring yet to be determined. Thank you,
